“It will be a map of problems you solved or want to solve.” It’s a great mindset to have in this new era. I think, high performers already had it for a while. So probably the bar will be raised for everyone, like any other revolutionary progress did in the past.

It’s a fantastic mindset. We could all benefit a lot from it in my opinion. 🫟

“Regardless of your field of expertise, I bet you enjoy a change of scenery in your work: switching between problems, rotating between projects, moving between purposes. This nurtures our natural tendency to relish newness, and it turns out it is a healthy habit for our brain to seek new horizons and evolve in new contexts.”

Absolutely great point. Really liked this read. I agree with the theme. I wonder what the timeline we will see on this ends up being as it plays out. 🫟

Thanks!

I'd like to believe AI can be a great accelerator for us to explore new ideas and create new businesses. It'd help us stay real and challenge ourselves...and keep our minds healthy in the process. However, the current usage of AI by most people is still within the existing boundaries of their roles. I suppose it's part of the adoption curve.

To your point - the timeline is quite uncertain. Work is being transformed by AI, but I do hope we'll play an active role in shaping that transformation to entertain our appetite for new challenges.

Absolutely! The adoption curve is real and a little messy.

It always is, isn't it? 😉
